    This trolley-type high-temperature sintering furnace is an advanced and robustly designed intermittent industrial heat treatment equipment, optimized for high-temperature treatment of heavy, high-volume, or difficult-to-handle workpieces. Its core design integrates a large-volume furnace chamber with a movable furnace car, significantly improving operational convenience and overall efficiency while ensuring temperature uniformity and process stability.

    Heavy-duty Trolley Entry/Exit System: The furnace bottom is equipped with electrically or mechanically driven heavy-duty heat-resistant steel trolleys, serving as a movable furnace bed. Workpieces can be pre-mounted neatly on the trolleys outside the furnace and smoothly fed into or removed from the furnace chamber via tracks, enabling batch, assembly-line operations, significantly reducing labor intensity and improving safety.

    High-Performance Furnace Structure: The furnace chamber is constructed using high-standard polycrystalline mullite fiber or composite ceramic fiber modules, combined with a double-layer steel shell and air-cooling system, ensuring excellent insulation and low-energy operation. Heating elements (silicon molybdenum rods, silicon carbide rods, or resistance wires) are scientifically arranged on the four walls of the furnace chamber to ensure temperature uniformity. Precise and Intelligent Temperature Control: Equipped with a multi-zone independent temperature control system and a 30-segment programmable PID temperature controller, it can accurately execute complex heating and cooling process curves with a temperature control accuracy of ±1℃. The system features over-temperature alarms, power failure protection, and operation recording functions to ensure process reproducibility and equipment safety.

    Flexible Process Adaptability: The furnace door and trolley joints utilize advanced automatic sealing technology (such as cylinder clamping or sand sealing structures), allowing easy introduction of protective atmospheres such as nitrogen and argon, or sintering and heat treatment in a vacuum environment.

    Wide Range of Temperature and Specifications: The standard operating temperature range covers 1200℃ to 1800℃, and the furnace chamber size can be customized to meet different scale requirements, from experimental research to medium-sized production.
